Taiko Spirit 2016 – Japanese Drumming Festival in Switzerland

Enthusiasts of all levels can choose from an array of fun and challenging workshops in Japanese drumming (taiko) as well as flute (fue), folk dances (odori) and calligraphy (shodo). Concerts, showcasing taiko groups from all over, shall be held throughout the festival. Fun activities for all ages, such as bon odori, origami, mochi making and more will be also offered.
We hope that this festival will also open up the world of taiko and Japanese culture to newcomers. Lets bring people of all walks of life together to celebrate the joy of playing taiko!
