SJCC Young Professionals Sake Tasting

Have you always been interested in learning more about the multifariousness of the Japanese national beverage SAKE? Then register for this exclusive sake tasting event!

The event will start with a short introductory presentation on the Japanese food and drinking culture with a special focus on sake, followed by the tasting of 5 different sake types, each of which will be explained to you by certified Sake Professional Mr. Marc Nydegger.

The event with conclude with a Japanese Apéro Riche.

The SJCC Young Professionals association was founded in April 2002 in Zurich, originally named SJCC Alumni Organisation, with the aim to provide former recipients of the SJCC Scholarship Fund with a platform to share experiences, expand the personal and professional networks as well as keeping Japan related knowledge up-to-date.
